- Ceiling: Exposed beams and lighting. All painted white.
- Lighting: Daylight LED moveable track lighting.
- Doors: Double doors into Gallery. Access from both Selegie Road and Prinsep St.

$1200 per day (8 hours on weekdays, 5 hours on weekends)
Tier 2: Non-profit Organisations
$800 per day (8 hours on weekdays, 5 hours on weekends)
Tier 3: Arts Hirers
$600 per day (8 hours on weekdays, 5 hours on weekends)
Tier 4: Arts Students
$100 per day (8 hours on weekdays, 5 hours on weekends)
