PSS Japan Visit - Kansai Soka School System.

October 22, 1999, Mr. David Tay, President of the Photographic Society of Singapore, and his associates visited the Kansai Soka School System. All the students of Kansai Soka Junior and Senior High Schools welcomed them at a school-wide assembly.
